Biography[]

In the past, Harlan interviewed officer Alex Murphy when he testified against his partner, Timothy Malloy.[1]

During his tenure with the program, which he co-anchored with Rocky Crenshaw, Harlan detailed stories such as the manufacture of the BS-5000, OCP's planned implementation of MetroNet, a supercomputer intended to automate Delta City's utilities and transportation infrastructure, the disappearance of Henry Aaron Winkler, and the destruction of RoboCop, accompanied by a video of RoboCop supposedly brutalizing the suspect Cray Z. Mallardo. He later detailed Officer Lisa Madigan's ceremony after solving the Dogtown Ripper case. [2]

He later detailed OCP's cryostasis program for brain-dead veterans being unable to support 142 of the veterans as well as the search for RoboCop, who had become wanted by the police for the murder of Reverend Robert Taker.[3]
