Henry Aaron "Old Hank" Winkler was an avid chess player and homeless man. He fell victim to Chip Chayken, the "Dogtown Ripper" for his brain to be used for NeuroBrain's organic component.[1]
Detective Lisa Madigan championed the finding of Hank's murderer which helped lead to RoboCop uncovering evidence on his body that Cray Mallardo was the last person to have seen him alive.[1]
Hank's cybernetic brain ultimately could not handle the complexity of controlling MetroNet and died soon after having been brought online.[1]
