No Gain was a diet drug made by OCP.
The main active ingredient was verilium mutens narcosa or "VMN", a substance extracted from the sap of an orchidis vine from Amazonia that was said to be "nature's anti-depressant". It was eventually revealed that the product was addictive and removed inhibitions turning the users into violent criminals. The drug was part of a plot by Pudface and Dr. Mallardo to bring chaos to Delta City. After the police revealed the drug's connection to the rise in crime, the OCP Chairman ordered for the product to be recalled.[1]
