The Norinco Type 56 is a select fire assault rifle and Chinese variant to the Russian AK-47. It is chambered in the 7.62x39mm ammunition; which is fired from a 30 Round Magazine.
RoboCop 2 (1990)[]
In RoboCop 2; henchmen of the Nuke dealer known as Cain, were known to have utilized the Norinco Type 56 against their enemies and their foes such as RoboCop. There were three variants of this weapon; each with a different stock; one had a fixed wooden stock, another had a foldable stock and the last one had a collapsable stock.
