Sal was a drug lord in Old Detroit.
Biography
At his cocaine factory, Sal had a business discussion with crime boss Clarence Boddicker, at first declining, as he felt he could get rid of Clarence, an action that would make many people grateful. However, Clarence retorted that he had various means of destroying Sal. Sal then ordered his bodyguard Frankie to kill Boddicker, whose own men drew their guns. The two then relaxed after Sal backed down.
Soon, cyborg police officer RoboCop entered the facility with intent to arrest. However, Boddicker's man Steve Minh fired shots and a firefight erupted. Sal was killed in the fight after Frankie was shot and reflexively kept his finger on the trigger of his gun as he spun and dropped, mowing Sal down.
