Tom Delaney was a lawyer that represented Ellen Murphy while she was bringing suit against OCP, due to the fact that RoboCop was driving by her house day after day.
Along with OCP lawyer Holzgang, Delaney confronted RoboCop about this activity, explaining to RoboCop that Ellen had only just started to move on after her husband's death.[1]
